For the rest of 2023, I am going to take 1 week out of the month to dive into each of the 7 chakras.  How they work, how imbalances show up, how they apply to our physical body, how to eat to nurture them, what minerals can help nurture them and how we can work to nurture them and keep them balanced.

This first part we are diving into the root chakra! Take notes and start working on creating a more balanced root chakra❤️
