Welcome to week two of our Chakra Series. We are taking a deep dive over the next seven  weeks of the seven main energy centres in the body. This week we are looking into SACRAL CHAKRA (or Sacred Bone). This is a great episode for you if you are currently experiencing a lot of emotional body overwhelm, if you have been overly emotional lately or if you feel like you a lacking a sense of joy or passion in your life. 

Sacral Chakra is all about the emotional body, our creativity, movement, connection, self expression, sexuality and passion.

Throughout this episode, we will be exploring what Sacral Chakra is, what this energy centre looks like when it is balanced/unbalanced, what throws this energy centre out of balance and what can we do to help balance our sacral chakra with our own healing methods or with the help of others/practitioners.
