A healing meditation that helps you release what's holding you back so you can step into your power and BE the light that you are - and as you do that, you naturally help to uplift the world.

This journey is a little bit different than the journeys I normally take you on.

It is very magical, as it's taking you into that beautiful, mystical world where you meet the Spirit of Christmas.

We will journey using one of my own magical spirit beings, a white reindeer, and we will journey to the upper world, to the divine source of Awen.

Awen is the druid terminology for divine inspiration, and it is said that Awen is found in the beautiful northern lights, in the Aurora Borealis, so that's where we will journey, to source for Awen, and to source for gifts we are meant to bring through to our loved ones and to the world.

This episode is from a journey I did with my shamanic energy medicine students, where you meet the Norse Dark Goddess Ran.
