On this very healing shamanic journey you'll first cleanse and heal your roots, so you can strengthen your connection with your Ancient Mother.

You'll then journey to the sacred womb of the Dark Mother, where you'll go through a deep healing process, extracting and releasing from you that which is no longer serving you.

You'll receive the medicine from the Dark Mothers (Norse goddess Hel, the Celtic goddess Cerridwen and others who are working with you) drinking from their magical cauldron. They also initiate you into their teachings for you.

And you'll meet the Light Mothers, solar goddesses, such as Freya, Idun, Brigid and Isis, who will give you their medicine for you, and initiate you into the path you’ll be walking as you follow their guidance, their love, their wisdom.

By doing this journey you'll tune into the sacred medicine from the Divine Mothers of Darkness & Light, helping you to dance with the seasons.

This is a very powerful shamanic journey that is highly useful to do anytime you feel you are 'stuck', or that you feel you've outgrown an aspect of your life but you don't quite know how to shift it.

In this journey, you'll connect with the Tree of Life (your nervous system) where you'll be working on releasing what has kept you trapped in the past, through your roots (ancestral patterns and old programming).

You'll also work with the beautiful, ancient healer, the Serpent Mother. The Serpent is a symbol for the goddess, for healing, regeneration and rebirth, who shows us how we can gently let go of our old identities, old wounds and scars, just like she sheds her skin. She assists you in healing your body, as she represents how she can free herself from scars and disease by shedding her old structure.

The Serpent Mother sheds her skin in one big ‘swoosh’, so she is not peeling away one tiny piece at a time, taking forever, but instead she decides that it’s time to let go of the whole outdated structure. And through her willingness to let the past go, she gracefully slides out of her old confinement.

Trust that the Serpent Mother is a great healer. She is loving and wise, and she knows how to guide you to shed the past. I love working with her, and considering I have a snake phobia, her gentleness and healing medicine took me by surprise. (The way I've found peace around that, is that I see her as a Serpent, whilst my phobia is relating to snakes - and yes, I know they are the same, but somehow, this distinction has helped me).

During this journey you'll release many layers of that which has been holding you back, so you can move with more ease into the future.

It can be very helpful to regularly do a 'shedding' like this (just like the Serpent sheds her skin regularly), so you keep creating space for new life to emerge through you.

An evening prayer to release the day that's been, placing it all into the loving arms of the Divine Mothers.

This prayer has been influenced by the mystical teachings found in A Course in Miracles, weaved in with the wisdom of the Divine Feminine.

Start your day with tuning into the loving energies of the Divine Mothers of Darkness and Light, so you let them guide you throughout your day.

This prayer has been inspired by some of the teachings found in A Course in Miracles, weaved in with the divine wisdom of the feminine.

This is a very powerful prayer to the Divine Mothers of Darkness and Light,  which moves you through your own rebirth, awakening an ancient wisdom that lives inside of you.

You'll surrender to the Divine Mothers all that which you are meant to let go of, so you can let the Wise Woman within you RISE once more, helping to birth a new consciousness into being.

This prayer emerged through me when I was sitting in Chalice Well Gardens in Glastonbury, and I could feel Her whisper to me.

It was recorded on one of the live online training modules on the Shamanic Energy Medicine Training, where the students move through an intense healing journey, awakening their inner Mystic, Healer and Wise Woman.

I had my own first mystical experience of the Black Madonna in a little chapel in Glastonbury, the Isle of Avalon, so as you listen to this meditation, let yourself be held by her loving medicine, and feel how you are transported to the magical realms of Avalon (Glastonbury).

In this episode I’ll be taking you on a magical shamanic journey, where you’ll first journey to the Land of Ice, noticing all the frozen thought patterns that are buried deep within your psyche, and then you’ll journey to meet the Dark Goddesses so they can help you transform these old wounds, releasing  the hold the past has had on you.

You'll then journey to meet the three Norns, powerful archetypes of time, who are weavers of the web of life. The Norns will help you weave more love and light and grace and blessings into your life.
