This journey is around 25 minutes long, and then there’s music playing for a few minutes so you can write a letter to yourself from your heart’s wisdom. By doing this you create space for your heart to start communicating with you, so it can become your teacher.

Your heart loves you, and it knows how to guide you to your highest potential.

In this episode I talk about how the Dark Night of the Soul invites us to go on an underworld journey – a journey that moves us through such a deep transformation that we will be forever altered.

A journey that helps us transform wounds into wisdom, and shadows into light, so we can pass on the healing medicine to our future lineage.
