I used to judge myself constantly. After a conversation with a co-worker, I’d think about the good things or bad things I said. After a date, I would replay the date in my head and judge my actions/conversation. I judged my weight, hair, clothing, attitude, and most anything else you can think of.
What I didn’t realize was…the more I judged myself, the more I judged OTHERS too. It is nearly impossible to not judge others if you judge yourself harshly. And vice versa. A change was necessary and I’ve been blessed to be around friends and mentors who have helped me thru this in a big way.
