I DID IT ALL to protect my mental health because I was struggling with depression and loss of six family members including my father and our last born. Being unaware of mental health, grieving process, and support from my family and community, I had to solve this problem on my own. - I started eating healthy, sleeping early, hanging out with my close friends, and going in nature.

Things like stress, lack of rest, lack of fulfilment and purpose, lack of spiritual lifestyle, lack of healthy relationships, lack of great sex, lack of healthy food, lack of emotional health etc...All these things are important for our well being. When they are not fully met, out immune system becomes weak. When our immune system is weak, that's when we get sick. Dr. Lisa discusses how you can heal yourself.
