Let's talk about it! I finished my 90 day fast & boy was it a journey. Loving yourself should never grow old. Take a moment to breathe and understand your feelings. You don't have to be the superhero all of the time.

Sometimes all we know is winning a race makes us a winner. What do we do when we find out we are in a marathon? How do we still feel worthy? "The only victories which leave no regret are those which are gained over ignorance..”

Why is that we feel we must force our views on others? Can we not be respectful as our OPINION is valid but not to be FORCED. “I’ve learned that you shouldn’t go through life with a catcher’s mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back.
