In today’s episode, I chat with Nthabiseng Motsa, author of a book called The Untangled Heart where she speaks about the holistic wellbeing of people. Nthabiseng is a facilitator in the mental, spiritual, and emotional wellness space. She loves it when people are doing well. In this episode, we touch on managing stress and removing the stigma around stress. Nthabiseng described stress as something that drastically takes you out of your space of safety, and you have no harmony within yourself.
