As long as we are being, we have to expect change. Change lets us know that we're alive. Change is good and change is uncomfortable. Heck, we even see the change between a caterpillar and a butterfly.

That's when the butterfly takes flight. So I have to ask you, are you ready for change? I was listening to this track entitled "Just a Cloud Away" by Pharrell Williams, and in it he talks about change. He talks about how things have a boomerang effect because things aren't meant to stay the same. But it's like we shouldn't fret, right? Because we've been here before.

We have survived 100% of our worst days. So why are we trippin' now? He quotes "everything is cyclical. What goes around does come back around, baby. Everything boomerangs. What goes up must come down." Just like the energy. Just like the vibe. The exact makeup of you. So why would your life be any different? Celebrate your wins as much as the losses.

When you can look up, you can get down. And when you are down, guess what? You know that you're getting back up. Accept the change. Be the change. See the change?
