Lesley Slaton Brown is the Chief Diversity Officer at HP Inc. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Lesley possesses a unique ability to align and build strategy across organizations and drive business outcomes within corporations - leading to her role in helping to create the most diverse board of directors in the technology industry in her role at HP. Lesley was twice recognized by Black Enterprise as a Top Executive in Marketing and Advertising, Savoy Magazine as a Top Influential Woman in Corporate America and was recently named to Adweek’s list of Female Disruptors and the YWCA Silicon Valley Inspiring Women Leaders.  Lesley believes strongly in giving back to the community, and has worked with Big Brothers, Big Sisters and has sat on the Board of Directors for The Boise State University Foundation, Boise State University Alumni Association, and the Idaho Black History Museum. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with an emphasis in marketing from Boise State University. She was a NCAA scholarship recipient and lettered in women’s basketball. Lesley lives in Morgan Hill, CA, and works at HP Inc. headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.

Vivek Ravisankar is the CEO and co-founder of HackerRank, a company that is on a mission is to match every developer to the right job  based on skills, not pedigree. While Vivek was working at Amazon as a software developer, he and HackerRank co-founder Hari Karunanidhi noticed that instead of dedicating their time to coding and building new products, they often had to spend hours interviewing candidates for developer roles. Moreover, even after the long interviewing process, companies would often have new hires who didn’t actually have the skills needed to do the job, despite having traditional markers of success that employers screened for such as high GPAs and degrees from top universities. The hiring process for recruiters was clearly broken. To fix the problem, Vivek and Hari created HackerRank where companies can screen developers through coding assessments and developers can join the HackerRank community to practice their coding skills. HackerRank is now a Y Combinator alumnus that is backed by tier-one Silicon Valley VCs with total funding of over $58 million. There are 5 million+ developers in our community and we have 1,500+ customers from across different industries such as LinkedIn, Stripe, and Goldman Sachs who rely on HackerRank to build strong engineering teams.

Olivia Khalili brings 15 years of experience as a practitioner and thought leader in cross-sector social impact. Leading PagerDuty's global social impact, she works to mobilize the company's technology and employee talent to positively benefit society. Previously, she built Yahoo for Good, the company's social impact program, created and scaled initiatives to support social entrepreneurs with Ashoka, developed international trade education programs with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and worked in international development in Micronesia. Olivia currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for GreatNonprofits and CommunityConnect Labs, and lives in San Francisco with her family.
