Annie Pearl is Glassdoor’s senior vice president and head of product and UX/design, responsible for the company’s product vision and user experience for job seekers and employers around the world. Before Glassdoor, Annie led enterprise product teams at Box, including before and after its 2015 IPO. She was also the vice president of product and one of the founding members of Xpert Financial, which helped investors trade private company securities. Annie has also consulted and advised several rapid growth start-ups. She was honored as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business in 2019 by the San Francisco Business Times. Annie holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Claremont McKenna College. She is a member of The State Bar of California.  

Luke Winston is Chief Business Officer at Formlabs, the pioneer and industry leader in professional desktop 3D printing, leading the company’s efforts in sales, service, customer operations, and international expansion. A member of the founding team, Winston joined Formlabs in 2012, helping launch the company’s record- breaking Kickstarter campaign that propelled Formlabs to the global stage. Winston built Formlabs’ business operations from the ground up, drawing from his extensive experience launching and managing departments that span a variety of areas, from manufacturing to finance to sales to service. Prior to Formlabs, he worked in corporate strategy at Siemens. Winston holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a Masters in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, and a B.A. in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University.

William Rosen is chief executive officer of VSA Partners, the design and brand experience firm known for its work on behalf of clients such as Google, Kimberly-Clark and McDonald’s. As a leader in marketing and brand development, William has been honored more than 300 times with major creative awards around the world, including Lions at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Effie Awards, and the Oracle World Retail Award. William has published extensively on branding, marketing, data science and technology in the Harvard Business Review, Wired and Advertising Age, and is co-author of the book The Activation Imperative, which launched as Amazon’s #1 New Release in Business Marketing. William was previously president and chief creative officer of North America for Arc Worldwide, the global marketing company and part of Leo Burnett Worldwide and the Publicis Groupe.

Erica is the VP of Product Design at SurveyMonkey. She joined the company in 2017 with the mission to make design a competitive advantage for SurveyMonkey. Previously, Erica spent six years at Quantcast as the Director of Product Design, where she was responsible for building the design and research functions. Prior to that, she was an Interaction Designer and User Researcher at Move, eBay and Yahoo. Erica earned a BS in Cognitive Science and BA in Communication Studies from UCLA. She is passionate about great product design, career development, and California sun. 

A digital marketer by background, Peter is CEO of TUNE, the enterprise platform for partner marketing. In 2018, he sold TUNE's mobile measurement product to Branch, unifying measurement and user experience. Today, he leads TUNE's efforts to bring better management technology and automation to marketing partnerships, across affiliates, influencers, networks, and business development relationships. He raised $36.4M through two rounds of funding from Accel Partners and Icon Ventures, made three acquisitions in the martech category, and has scaled teams to over 350 people across 9 offices worldwide

Danilo Stern-Sapad is the Chief Technology Officer at FabFitFun, responsible for technology strategy and innovation for one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies. Prior to FabFitFun, he launched several companies that have grown to become multimillion dollar businesses—one made millions in the first year alone and grew to tens of millions in revenue after two years, another was acquired in less than one year. He was also part of the founding team of the most popular legal website on the Internet and created one of the most played online games in the world while still in high school, garnering over 40 million visitors per month.
