Dr. Rebecca Parsons is ThoughtWorks' CTO. She has more years of experience than she’d like in technology and large-scale software development. She recently co-authored the book Building Evolutionary Architectures with colleagues Neal Ford and Pat Kua. Before ThoughtWorks she worked as an assistant professor of computer science at the University of Central Florida, after completing a Director's Post Doctoral Fellowship at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Her interests include parallel and distributed computation, programming languages, domain specific languages, evolutionary architecture, genetic algorithms, and computational science. Rebecca received a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Bradley University, and both an MS and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rice University.

Robin is the President of RollWorks, a division of AdRoll Group, which offers ambitious B2B companies an account-based platform to align their marketing and sales teams and grow revenue with confidence.

Following surgery and chemotherapy to treat non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma at age 28, Michael O’Neil emerged humbled and inspired, and ready to finish the graduate studies interrupted unexpectedly by cancer. Steering his final year into a life mission and business plan, Michael founded GetWellNetwork to tackle an unaddressed problem in healthcare: how to help people take a more active role in their health journey. Nearly two decades later, Michael continues to lead GetWellNetwork as founder and CEO.

Doron Reuveni is the CEO and Co-Founder of Applause. Since founding Applause (formerly uTest) in 2007, Doron has led the creation of the crowdtesting market and solidified Applause’s position as the market leader. Doron’s leadership has made him an internationally-recognized expert in software development, testing, and entrepreneurship.

Will has been an engineering leader and software engineer at technology companies of many shapes and sizes including Yahoo!, Digg, SocialCode, Uber, and, as of 2016, Stripe.

His book An Elegant Puzzle draws from the writing in his blog, Irrational Exuberance, that he has been updating since graduating from college. It is currently, and will always be, a work in progress.

Ashley has risen through the ranks in two of the toughest male-dominated industries -- financial services and technology. She currently holds two C-suite positions as Wealthfront's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and uses this platform to teach young women the value of saving for independence both at Wealthfront and professional women’s groups. It’s her hope that by sharing her own experiences she can help bridge the gender confidence gap in investing.

Eric Rea is the Cofounder and CEO of Podium, a leading interaction management platform which helps modernize the way business is done locally. Rea, a software engineer in his own right, lived in Vienna, Austria and worked for the International Atomic Energy Agency before co-founding Podium in 2014 and taking the company through Y Combinator in 2016 - becoming one of the highest revenue generating companies ever to attend the accelerator.

Greg is the CTO of DealerSocket, an automotive software solutions provider managing a global team of 400 amazing professionals.  Previously he founded several other companies including AgencyWorks, the first cloud hosted, subscription based insurance policy processing system, and InsureSocket which provided online services to the financial industry at large.

Greg is an active angel investor and sits on boards of a few exciting startups in Silicon Slopes - SLC, UT.

Grace Francisco is the Vice President of Developer Relations at Roblox. She is responsible for leading developer and educational programs and engaging with a growing community of over two million developers to empower them across multiple platforms.

Grace is a celebrated diversity advocate, establishing and driving diversity programs, including mentoring rings, at Microsoft and Atlassian.
