Stephen Anderson is the Head of Design and Innovation Garage at Capital One. He is a noted speaker, educator, and design leader, based out of Dallas, Texas. For more than two decades, Stephen has worked in most areas of product strategy & design, both on the frontlines and leading teams to create great experiences. A former high school teacher, what Stephen really loves is to challenge and inspire teams through onsite coaching and training, which he currently does as a design educator at Capital One.

Jay Boisseau is the AI & HPC Technology Strategist at Dell EMC. He is a computing technologies leader and strategist, with more than 20 years of experience leading major computing-focused projects, departments, and organizations. Jay is the CEO and co-founder of Vizias, a computing consultancy specializing in high performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence (AI), smart cities, and technology outreach. One of his major current projects is helping Dell EMC develop HPC and AI programs.

Thomas Stubbs is the VP of Engineering & Innovation at Coca-Cola. He is a Digital Executive with extensive experience in building and executing business and technology strategies that address high impact business problems and opportunities, from startups to large enterprises. He builds products, strategy, and teams, from vision through delivery utilizing LEAN, Agile, and DevOps principles and methodologies.

Jyoti Shukla is the VP of User Experience at Nordstrom. She is passionate about user experience and truly loves to lead revolutionary digital products and solutions for customers. She is focused on driving technology innovation, mobile product management, and web experiences that change the landscape of customer experiences. She currently supports and leads a team of over 20 designers, researchers and writers for Nordstrom's digital platforms: web, mobile and in-store.

She is Vrbo/HomeAway’s chief product officer, responsible for the product and design behind Vrbo/HomeAway’s global sites. An expert in digital media and marketplaces, Weyand joined Vrbo/HomeAway in 2016 after spending almost two decades in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley, where she held leadership roles at Yahoo!, Ask.com, Demand Media, IAC Publishing Labs and more. While at Yahoo!, Weyand led several global product teams focused on search and display marketplaces.

He is a challenge-driven autodidact, software architect, and technologist with more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience, wide business perspective and expert-level development and architecture skills. As VP of Engineering, he oversees Civis's engineering department and manages the company's core data science technology, Civis Platform. In addition to leading a large engineering team, he closely coordinates with product, design and a C-level leadership group.

Krieg is the CEO and co-founder of Stash - the financial platform revolutionizing the way millions of Americans save and invest for their future. He has been recognized by Goldman Sachs as one of 2018’s “100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs,” and Stash was highlighted by Forbes’ “Fintech 50 2018”  as well as the Wall Street Journal as one of the "Top Tech Companies to Watch in 2018." Prior to Stash, he spent +15 years in financial services, most recently at Macquarie Securities Group.

Randy Groves is the SVP of Engineering at SparkCognition. He is responsible for data science and software engineering of SparkCognition products. SparkCognition builds artificial intelligence systems to advance the most important interests in society. They advance lives, infrastructure, and financial systems across the globe. They partner with companies to evolve their systems through world-leading artificial intelligence systems that accomplish their missions.

Courtney Harrison is the Chief Human Resources Officer at OneLogin. OneLogin is a Management/Leadership Consulting Company which specializes in helping companies build People Strategies aligned with their Business Strategies. They focus on building elegant solutions to complex business problems associated with company life cycles (start-up, mid size and Fortune 500), economic cycles, scale, growth trajectories, and competitive differentiation.

John Maeda is the Global Head of Design at Automattic. He is an American technologist and leads the world's largest all-distributed design team at Automattic where he is Global Head of Computational Design + Inclusion. As an internationally recognized speaker and author, his books include The Laws of Simplicity, Creative Code and Redesigning Leadership. Maeda’s work explores the area where business, design, and technology merge — with his findings shared annually in the Design in Tech Report at SXSW.
