Today we had the pleasure of meeting Guru Benny, a marriage and family therapist who also creates thought provoking content on self development and spirituality. Her mission is to help others heal their trauma, strengthen their interpersonal relationships and improve their perceptions of the world. During this conversation we talk about how her experience with death was the catalyst to her beginning this work and how the challenging times in her life have allowed her the most growth.

She shares how the Law of Polarity states that as long as darkness exists, there will be an equal amount of light, and whatever we choose to focus on, we will create more of. We also dive into the energy of attracting the things you want into your life and how spending time alone can lead to clarity on how to create a positive impact in the world.
