Mike Monroe is the Digital Strategy Manager for Vector Marketing & Cutco. Starting in 2000, he had a 10-year field career with Vector where he ultimately headed up the Southern New England Division. Today, he contributes to the company's social media programs, public relations, and research & development of digital innovations like Vector's online recruiting platform (APEX) and virtual demo. Mike graduated summa cum laude from the Honors Program at Boston College in 2003, as the valedictorian of his major. Adam Stock runs several businesses which touch many different aspects of personal finance. David Vargas Roldan is the Cutco/Vector manager for San Juan, Puerto Rico. In the last 4 years, the island has been ravaged with devastating hurricanes, powerful earthquakes, months without power, and crippling riots against the government. On several occasions, David has had to close his office for an extended period of time. During this same 4-year period, David has developed a powerhouse organization in Puerto Rico. His San Juan office won the Silver Cup in 2020 as the company's #1 office in the Premier League competition, his District became one of the few in company history to produce over $2 million in sales for a year, and David was recently promoted to Assistant Division Manager for the Florida Caribbean Division. David is remarkable example of a leader with the resolve to become a champion.

He later worked as the VP of Sales & Marketing for Structured Web, then moved to San Francisco to join Square, where he advanced as far as becoming the Global Head of Sales, responsible for growing the sales and business development organization from 40 to 200+ people across 5 major countries, accounting for $1 billion in annual revenue.
Now, he's back in NYC serving as the Chief Sales & Strategy Officer for Compass, a company which is striving to revolutionize the real estate sales industry throughout the US and the world.
