The CII has been working with personal lines insurers and brokers over the past 18 months to understand what it takes to build a profession in their sector. Earlier this year, we launched a suite of new learning materials which includes free online courses through to formal qualifications. all designed to meet the needs of motor, home, pet and travel insurance customers.
