Human Design is an amazing way to gain guidance on how to align to your purpose, create healthy relationships, and navigate life with more ease. However, many of us want to use it as a kind of crystal ball to find clarity for our life. 

This episode is the first in a series to introduce you to my upcoming course called AlignedAF. Each episode will talk about the theme of the week of the course. This course is not about giving you a crystal ball, it's about guiding you to embody and trust your own Design to guide you through all the ups and downs and fuzzy visions of life.

I was thinking about a conversation I had with a friend the other day about the sports world and how working with coaches helps our kids prepare for working with bosses in the future. The rationale of "teach them to deal with bad coaches now so they can deal with bad bosses in the future." I'm used to hearing it, and maybe it's the healing I've been doing, but that argument no longer makes sense. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic as well. Getting back in the groove of things by sharing my biggest lessons of 2022. It was honestly a dark year full of release. One that I'm sure I'll be grateful for in the future, but for now I'm still processing. I hope this connects with you.

Being a basketball mom and former coach (and player back in the day!) means sometimes I feel like my life revolves around basketball. I'm not sure what it is about this season, but some of the parents have been....let's say passionate. My undefined Solar Plexus used to get overwhelmed in these situations, but lately I've found myself in the middle of conflict doing my best to bring peace. 

In this episode, I tell a story about the latest game and observations on my kids' dad with an open solar plexus & realizations that came in this experience. This is the freedom I have found within my experiment of Human Design: being able to sit back, get curious, and have fun yelling at some Refs in the process. :)
