So we can start or continue this morning with remembering that every breath we take is borrowed, and that actually we're hanging by a thread at every second. Our heart is going on voluntarily; it can be asked to stop at any minute, and we're really at the mercy of others.

So we can remember our time in the womb when we felt completely helpless, just as Bhaktivinode Thakur mentions at the beginning of the song, and try this mood of begging.
