Ariel Tabak is an Australian Jiu Jistu Black Belt who is competing at the top level on a global stage. Ranked currently by FloGrappling as the #12 competitor in his weight division, Ari has an incredible skillset that I personally admire.

I have been putting a lot of time off the mats studying Ari and Lachlan Giles latest instructional and when I saw Ari was in town I jumped at the chance to get him on the podcast.
