So what can Canadians do to prepare for the massive storms and more frequent floods and fires that are expected to result from climate change?

We’ve been talking a lot about marijuana these past few weeks - and about how there’s a significant amount of Canadians who are planning on trying pot for the first time when it is legalized next Summer. An IPSOS poll released a few weeks ago found that non-smokers, millennials and women are all interested in experimenting with edible marijuana products...but that’s an area that the federal government hasn’t really looked into while planning out legalization.

We’ve spoken to dozens of angry Canadians opposed to the Liberal Government’s proposed tax changes in the past few weeks, and while many might dismiss these concerns as “hysterical”, a professor from Dalhousie says listening to these stories is important - because they’ll tell us more than just tax policy.

US prosecutors say a Canadian has pleaded guilty to charges of plotting terror attacks in New York City for the so-called Islamic State in the summer of 2016. And jumping off from a story we did yesterday- what’s the craziest thing you’ve done to retrieve a lost phone?

All three accused in the 2015 stabbing death of 19-year-old Luka Gordic in Whistler have been found guilty. One for 2nd degree murder, the other two for manslaughter. Crown says it will seek adult sentences. Earlier today the judge noted there could have been at least nine people involved in his death, and as many as 15. Crown previously said the Burnaby teen was stabbed at least three times - one of those times in the heart - which was likely fatal. The three accused, who can't be identified because they were 17 at the time of the attack, were said to have Gordic's blood and DNA on their clothes and shoes. Another man, Arvin Golic, was found guilty back in June of manslaughter in relation to Gordic's death.
