Its time to feel your best and we have mindfully planned out this day with your future in mind. Whatever level of health you are at we have a session for you. Why is it so hard for us to take ownership and apologize authentically? What if when we do people don't appreciate it or forgive us?

Where are my fellow fixers at? I am so quick to offer remedies & strategies when I need to stop, listen & empathize/ validate FIRST! I am in process & I want to share that process with you today. Everyone wants to be heard, understood & given compassion. Lets raise the bar and be people of empathy vs one upping and comparing or fixing!

It only takes one voice at the right pitch to start an avalanche. 

Speaking up might mean telling someone no, sharing your feelings and needs or speaking up when others are out of line, rude or gossiping. Speaking up for yourself, truth and others is always the right thing to do when done in love and done well. 

Im excited to share on this today as so many times we shrink back in fear, insecurity or to avoid conflict or tension of any sort. 

We were made to speak up not shrink back.
