Howdy Folks! I loved recording this week's episode.  You'll hear three women and three generation perspectives: Gen Z, Millennial and Gen X discuss their findings when discovering their 'barking dog' (the ego).  Listen how each of them grew in self discovery and how eye opening their experiences were!

4. Notice what your spirit is telling you this week, journal your findings.

We discuss practical tips such as journaling to become more aware of our feelings, thoughts, and reactions, thereby helping us identify when our ego is leading the way. We also explore how to make more conscious choices, bring subconscious thoughts to the surface, and make the right decisions for our lives. This seven minute - active walking meditation - will help you blow off some steam and gain a fresh perspective.  Give yourself just ten minutes to walk away from a stressful situation and use this meditation as a tool to help you calm your nerves and take a breath.

We have a house full of people revolving through our door, and it gets crowded and stressful at times.  When I start to become overwhelmed, I put on my shoes and go on a walk or bike ride.  It always makes me feel better and I come back with a better attitude.  I've used this walk with many clients and family members.  Sometimes, it was the only thing we had - was to walk... and it always helped.  I hope it helps you.  God Bless.
