Welcome to Season 1: Episode 4
In this episode, I am talking about what many of us with
ADHD don't think it's possible... Finding Inner Peace.
This episode is your permission slip to redefine what peace looks like—and to know it's 100% possible, even for brains that never stop buzzing.
In this episode, I get real about what real inner peace can look like for us ADHD brains that just won't stop. Spoiler alert: it's not quiet or perfect—it's about finding your own rhythm of calm in the midst of chaos.
I will talk in depth about three powerful, ADHD-friendly strategies that make peace possible—even on your busiest, days:
🧘🏾♀️ Guided Meditation (Yes, Even 3 Minutes Count)
No need for silence or stillness. These short, realistic meditations are designed for brains that wander. You’re not doing it wrong if your mind drifts—it’s all about bringing it back with kindness.
🕯️ Sensory Grounding
Need to slow down a runaway mind? Get your body present. Touch something silky, burn a candle, and sip on something warm. These small, intentional acts can anchor you to now, even when your mind is trying to take you somewhere else.
🖊️ Mindful Journaling (Messy Is Magic)
Forget grammar. Forget neatness. This is journaling that gets the chaos out. Brain dumps, half-sentences, scattered thoughts—put it all on paper. You’ll be surprised how powerful it feels to give your inner storm a place to land.
This episode is your ADHD-friendly permission slip to redefine peace—not as a quiet mind, but as a mind that is a kind one.
