¡Hola, estudiantes de español! 🌎

Hello, Spanish learners! 🌎
🎧 Today I want to talk about a relevant, impactful, thought-provoking, and very current topic: the time we spend in front of screens.
What do you do with your phone? Which apps do you use the most? Do you keep track of how many times you unlock your phone each day?
When you’re in meetings or with other people, is your phone usually on the table? Does it make you feel anxious not to see it for an hour or more? When was the last time you went a full day without using your phone?
I invite you to reflect and to debate.
Shall we hit play? 🇦🇷

¡Hola, viajeros y estudiantes de español! ✈️
¡Dale play! 🇦🇷

Hello, travelers and Spanish learners! ✈️
🎧 In this podcast, we dive into a topic I’ve been talking about a lot lately with other travelers I meet along the way: whether or not to stay physically active while we’re away from home.
Some people need to book a spot at a gym no matter where they are. Others, on the other hand, when they take time off from the office, they take a break from absolutely everything — including the gym. And then there are those who travel purely and exclusively to practice a sport.
Which group are you in?
Recently, I’ve also been thinking about something interesting: many people use the gym and sports in general as a way to boost their social life. So maybe this is a great strategy to meet people while we’re traveling, right? 🌎
Let’s talk about all of this and travel together in Spanish for a while. Hit play! 🇦🇷

¡Hola, estudiantes de español! 🌎
¿Fuiste a terapia alguna vez?

Hello, Spanish students! 🌎
In today’s episode, we dive into a topic that can still feel a bit controversial: going to therapy.
➡️ As always, I have lots of questions for you:
How common is going to therapy in your city or country?
Is it a taboo topic when you talk about it with your family or friends?
Have you ever been to therapy? If so, would you recommend it?
Overall, do you see therapy as something positive or negative?
Do you think there are people who want to go but, for some reason, don’t? What might those reasons be?
It’s a topic I absolutely love, and one we could debate for hours. And here’s a fun fact to get us started: 🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, my city, is considered the city with the highest number of psychologists and psychoanalysts per capita in the world. Did you know that?

We’re back to talking about travel, and in this episode we’ll be discussing the different paces we can have when we travel. So I want to ask you: what kind of traveler are you? 🌍
Are you the type who relaxes at an all-inclusive resort and just wants to unwind in the sun on the beach? Or are you more of a 100% adventurer, someone who wants to plan a different activity every day to make the most of the trip? Is there a middle ground between these two extremes?

¡Hola, viajeros y estudiantes de español! ✈️
¡Qué alegría volver a encontrarnos!

Hello, travelers and Spanish learners! ✈️
So happy to connect with you again!
🌍 In this new podcast episode, I want to talk about something that always comes with us when we’re far from home: food. For many people, trying the local cuisine is a must on any trip. Discovering new flavors, dishes, and culinary traditions is an experience in itself.
But here’s an interesting question: what happens when we travel for a long period of time—maybe three or four months in a row, without breaks? Do we still feel the same excitement about trying new foods all the time? Or do we start to miss the food from home? The food we know by heart, our comfort food, the familiar flavors that make us feel at home, even when we’re far away. 🍽️
In this episode, we’ll chat about the meaning of food while traveling and the emotional connection we have with what we eat.
Shall we begin? Hit play and come eat and chat in Spanish with me for a while. 🇦🇷
