In this episode Ben and Amanda talk a bit about how home life turned into the format of the show, then explore a couple classic horror films involving evil menacing vegetables, flowers and weeds: 1974's The Mutations (AKA Freakmaker)with Donald Pleasence, and Day of the Triffids. They finish out part 1 by improvising a pitch for their own modern plant monster film, Amazon Orchids.
