This is a wine from Santa Julia which is part of the Zuccardi Family of wines.

They make very good wine.

This may be a Trader Joe's only wine, I am not sure.

Aldi Specially Selected Cremant de Bordeaux Brut Rosé-$12 AOP Bordeaux Cremant

Aldi wines were virtually stagnant during 2023.

In Aldi Europe, there were more than 50 Specially Selected wines released in the last portion of 2023, but most did not make it to the US.

They offered 8 different French Cremant wines and now the Cremant de Bordeaux AOP Bubbly made it to my local store in Chicago in the middle of January.

It was worth the wait but would have been very welcomed during the 2023 Holidays.

Butternut Chardonnay 2021- A reasonably oaked Chardonnay

This is a Chardonnay I found for $11.99.

Butternut is part of the Miller Family Line of wines, they are located in Paso Robles, but the Butternut Chardonnay is from grapes all over California.

This is a good-tasting Chardonnay if you like a little oak influence.

This makes this a wine well worth tasting, give it a try!

Kirkland Signature Bordeaux Supérieur 2021-A $6,89 Costco Bargain

Half of the wines from Bordeaux sell for under twenty bucks, in Napa about 2% of the wines sell for under $20.

Ok, I wasn't taking into account all the store brands that sell for $19.99.

In that case, 1% of Napa wines are affordably priced.

In Francefolks drink wine with every meal, in the US  folks drink Napa wine with every $500 meal.

Strange but true.

Matias Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021-A Wine Well Worth Searching For!

This is a brand from winemaker Dan Fitzpatrick, who has worked for some of the best wineries in California.

The brand may be hard to find and there seem to be different brands for each wine from a different AVA .

This $21.99 Cabernet Sauvignon is mainly from a single vineyard in the Yountville AVA with the rest from the Calistoga  AVA.

The oak barrels are from elite cooperates in France.
