Cheating in sports and games is nothing new.  From Lance Armstrong, to the Russian Olympic delegation’s doping scandals, from the steroid era in Baseball, to Tom Brady and “Deflategate,” cheaters come with the territory of competition.  But recently a number of cheating controversies have rocked more obscure sports: fishing, chess, and poker. And the scandals have captivated online audiences.
