This week on Checkpoint Chat, Matty is cleaning house in Pokemon Shield and reaching the end of his Dark Souls III run, while Sandy has dived back into Dead Cells and check out you new Diablo fix, Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem.

Checkpoint Chat is back after a short sabbatical, but most of the games are the same. Sandy is still chipping away at Celeste while taking time to be a tablet ninja in Kunai, while Matty is getting good at Dark Souls III with some occasional breaks for Pokemon Shield.

If you're under 18, you can't have ice-cream. Sorry, that's the law.

It's been a busy festive season with Sandy recounting his time with Control and Ori and the Blind Forest, while Matty force pulls a lightsaber and slices through stormtroopers during his time with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
