This week we get to chat with our good friend Tyler Harper. Tyler is a chef who trained in Napa Valley, worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, and now runs a private club restaurant in New York City. But before all that, he was our childhood friend. Today, we walk through Tyler’s journey to becoming a chef, and some of his inspirations along the way. Tyler also shares some tips with us, like how he prepares a menu for anything from a restaurant to a gathering of family and friends.
