Today I have an AWESOME conversation with Chellor. This was such a fun conversation for me as this lovely lady, & her community, have become a necessary part of my wellness 'toolkit' ...of my heart & life. A WebMD article on Crystal Healing .... I find it very insightful & I believe that SO MUCH of our healing is within the power of the brain (I do also believe that crystals help align our energy centers etc)

And here's another perspective from the Today Show that perhaps "...crystals are just one tool among many that can help people stop, slow down and realize they are connected to the earth and something bigger than themselves" ... But I for one friend, will take that any day!
