Jacqueline is a Chicago singer/songwriter and performer who at the early age of 11 was already a featured vocalist in Chicago's St. Boniface Church choir and folk masses. At 16, she performed in a family-based band known as JSB (offering music of all venues - from blues, to RB, to rock-n-roll, all the way to zydeco) and continues to make guest appearances with them even today. In her late 20s, she moved on to other groups of many venues and resided in several different cities within the United States.

OK, I admit it, I do get carried away sometimes and this band did it to me again. We have booked them live several times and finally got them in to record a Podcast. These guys are crazy good. as you will hear, we had a blast recording this show.Formerly known as Johnny Perona The Faque Brothers, Davenport Ed is a Chicago based band who draws its influences from a wide variety of musical genres and whiskeys. Donna Frost my dear friend from Nashville came in late last summer for some live gigs and we recorded this Podcast. We decided to save it for this visit.

Last week we brought in a friend and one of the hardest working booking agents in the Chicago music scene, Swizzle Steve. While we are decades apart in age, we seem to have very similar views, especially when it comes to politics. Steve, almost single handedly has brought back the protest song with his pointedly directed jibes at our current political scene. His songs are excellent. It was a joy to have him in the studio.
