Welcome to the Chicago Beer Pass: Your ticket to all the great beer events happening in and around Chicago. After a long break in March Brad Chmielewski & Nik White are back behind the microphones. For this final episode of March they have a guest joining them, it’s Clint from Lake Effect Brewing. Clint brought with him three different beers that they’ve been brewing and shared with the guys a few of the projects they are working on. These are some tasty beers and it’s awesome to hear the story behind these beers especially from someone who’s been working in all the different aspects of the brewery. The story behind the beer has a lot more weight when you know the brewer, the salesman and the delivery driver. There are a few events happening this weekend you might want to check out. Saturday, April 2nd in Mundelein, Tighthead Brewing Company is having the grand opening of their new tap room. And then Sunday in the city at Headquarters is the 2016 Firkin Fest.
