This week Brad Chmielewski & Nik White crack open a bottle of the 2016 Dark Lord that Nik picked up at Dark Lord Day this past weekend. The guys also talk about their time at the Against The Grain beer dinner at SideDoor. With the Craft Brewers Conference happening in Philly this week there aren’t too many events going on around the city. Although we don’t have many events happening there is a new brewery opening in the West Loop, just blocks from Haymarket. On May 5th, Chef Rick Bayless will be opening Cruz Blanca Cervecería.
