There is a wrestling match tonight against Cleveland at home. The JH match will begin at 6PM and there will be senior recognition right after it. If you are a junior high - highschool student you can attend the event for $1 if you bring your ID.


Tonight there will also be choir performances at First United Methodist Church starting 7:30. The address is 1401 East Taft.


There are going to be more sports during winter break, including men and women's basketball so don’t forget to check them out this upcoming Thursday.


For today’s weather it’s a high of 46 with another consecutive low of 24.

Good morning Sapulpa! It’s your last monday with miklos for this semester. Hope you guys enjoyed the 2019 series!



This is going to be an annual performance of George Frederick Handel’s Messiah at First United Methodist Church. It will be starting at 7:30 PM December 17, and the address is 1401 East Taft. This is an over 50-hear tradition at SHS and will involve the Blue Blazed Marvels Advanced Mixed Choir and soloists, as well as Choir alumni from as far back as 1968 and earlier.


There is also a home wrestling event against Cleveland tomorrow night. Jr. high matches will begin at 6 PM and all junior high - high school students can get in for $1 with their ID!


Also congrats to the ping for doing an amazing job, but why listen to me when we have a word from one of the ping members themselves. )

Sapulpa Choir will be having their annual performance of The Messiah next week. The performance of The Messiah is an over 50-year tradition, featuring SHS choir students and SHS choir alumni. The event will be held at First United Methodist Church, 1401 East Taft at 7:30 Tuesday, December 17th.

The Pings are going to state in downtown Tulsa tomorrow, at the Cox Business Center. Their performance times are 1:58, and 5:30pm

We‘ll be having a send off during 4th hour

The ACT is tomorrow, so if you have signed up make sure to bring a #2 pencil and a calculator

The annual Sapulpa Christmas parade is tomorrow beginning at 6:00pm downtown

Next week is our final two days of the semester, meaning it’s finals week.
Monday will be odd hours including 7th hour, and Tuesday will be even hours also including 7th hour

Today’s Christmas dress up theme is “Christmas Wonderland” so show off your favorite Christmas attire.

Today is the last day to turn in schedule change requests, so if you’re wanting one, make sure to go to the counselors office to pick up a form and talk to your counselor

Sign ups for second semester Drivers Ed courses are available now, and can be picked up from the front office. The cost is $175. You must be 15, and have passed your 8th grade reading test. Sign ups are on a first come first serve basis. The spots are limited, and they will fill up quickly.

Next Tuesday is the official home opener for the Sapulpa basketball team beginning at 6:30 and 8:00pm against Bixby, at home in the Chieftain Center
