Months of protests have forced the Chilean government to agree to a referendum on whether or not to draft a new constitution. The vote was scheduled for April but has now been postponed to October due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Claudia Paez is with Van4Chile. She talks about what led to the protests that erupted last fall and the referendum questions that Chileans will be answering this coming October.
