Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and Resident Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, about her most recent book ‘The Costs of Conversation: Obstacles to Peace Talks in Wartime (Cornell University Press 2019)’ and her latest project on China’s challenge to U.S primacy.

Louisa spoke with Dion Devow, Indigenous engagement specialist working with ASPI’s International Cyber Policy Centre and 2018 ACT Australian of the Year, on closing the information technology gap for Indigenous Australians.
