    Talk 33 : Verses 72-75
    Now the teacher addresses the fifth question of the student: what is anatma or the not-Self. He starts with a description of the gross body composed of seven ingredients and various body parts, as well as the process of panchikarana. He cautions that this body is a seat of delusion and those that are deluded or bound by sense objects and attachments, are stuck in the cycle of birth and death.

He tells the mumukshu to listen attentively as he will reveal to him the knowledge which will liberate him from samsara. Exhaustively the Guru explains the path to Realisation starting from the first stage of detachment from sense objects, or vairagya.
