The Michaels welcome on friend of the podcast and newly minted trail runner, Nicki Mullan!

Nicki ran the 15.6 mile Earth Day race a few weeks back -- not only was it her first trail race, it was her first race of any kind, and the longest she has EVER ran!

In true Nicki fashion, she kicked ass.
