Chip and Cern’s High School has been in the news recently with some teacher/student sexual harassment accusations. The freshman student is a 14-year-old female and the teacher is a 56-year-old health teacher.

Chip and Cern always seem to be battling with the big brands and companies. Cern and Samsung, Chip and Xfinity and Cern and DirectTV. Sometimes Chip and Cern don’t win every battle and today is time for Chip to take the LOSS.

Chip isn’t the only one that battles the big companies. Cern has now taken issue with his beloved Samsung. Cern’s refrigerator is freezing all of his food. His fridge was just over a year old, but his fridge was 1 year and 1 month old, so technically out of the warranty. Let the games begin!

Cryptocurrencies are the hottest topic in 2018 with Bitcoin leading the charge. Several Chip and Cern Show regulars are invested and the boys are interested in this new trend. Chip and Cern go over the what is, who is and how to invest in “cryptos” as the kids are calling them.

For the first show of 2018 Chip and Cern recap/review the newest Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The stars have aligned to allow both Chip and Cern to watch a movie, in theaters, within a week of it opening. Chip and Cern have seen all the Star Wars movies, but wouldn’t call themselves experts when compared to the full on Star Wars fans.

Chip’s office is currently under “GuacGate” as he coins it. Chip’s office has a stocked fridge as most San Francisco companies do and some communal food has been stolen. Now this isn’t one or two Cliff Bars, but a entire box of guacamole packs from Costco which is a 20 pack. Because Californias love their avocado/ guac this really ruffled some feathers in Chip’s office. Chip took to Slack to look for the Guac Bandit.

Cern’s wife joins the Chip and Cern Show for the Christmas Show. Cern’s neighborhood is flush with Christmas directions and the Cerney’s put their Christmas stuff up the day after Thanksgiving as is a tradition for their family. Chip’s family puts the Christmas stuff up a few days before Thanksgiving because they usually host on Thanksgiving and Chip likes the ambiance of the Christmas situation.

Like any good trilogy, it ends in 3 episodes. Chip brought in his wife, Kristen, the mattress diva, for some reinforcement and additional insights to the ongoing mattress situations. If you missed the mattress situation part 1 and part 2 be sure to give those a listen. Chip and his wife went to a “big box” mattress store to get taken for most of their life savings and dignity.
