Out of the gate Chip and Cern would like to thank the fans! The Chip and Cern Show has surpassed 10,000 all-time downloads. A lot further than they ever thought from when they started up again less than two years ago.

Cern is a homeowner, so his life is riddled with summer projects and a honey-do list. Summer has ended, so commutes and school schedules are packed, but not the honey do list.

Cern notices that Chip has a mattress in the living room leaning up against the wall. Cern sleeps on a Cal King mattress and Chip starts going into his mattress story. Chip and his wife have long been looking to upgrade to a bigger mattress since the toddler and two dogs will sometimes join in the nighttime sleep routine. He was sold a mattress from a so called friend who pretty much-bamboozled Chip and his wife who have been sleeping in a Queen sized bed for many years.

Chip was headed to Costco and snagged a sweet EV charging spot which is highly coveted. When he got out of his car he went to snag the cart that the guy who just left the cart there. When Chip walked up to the cart there was a several thousand dollar DSLR Nikon camera with a baller ass lens sitting in the cart. The person before had clearly left it behind. Chip wanted to return the camera to the person and put it back in his trunk before running his errands to Costco and Target.

Chip played some fancy golf and is sharpening his skills in preparation for Cern’s company’s annual golf event. Now it is Cern's turn. He is taken under Joe's wing for a successful outing!

As most of the loyal listener’s know The Chip and Cern Show is the place to be. Natalie, a 16-year-old super fan, and resident of Cern’s house have been begging nonstop to be a guest on the shop. She came prepared with some questions about boys. It has been a while since Chip and Cern have been in high school, but they gave answers none the less.

Chip and Cern have given up on the SF Giants season and are ready to move onto football. If you remember last year there was a pick em league that was a lot of fun with all the Chip and Cern crew that you know and love. This year they are firing it up again and you are invited! Stat Boy Dana comes on to school Chip on some football knowledge, pick on Cern’s team the Rams and of course some Joe roasting.

Chip gets invited to hit some fancy golf at a private members only country club. Chip and Cern don’t really golf that much, but when they do they love to podcast about it. When golfing with Chip and Cern you can be sure to have a good time and there will be not too much taking seriously.

Chip and Cern, surprisingly, have regular day jobs and as many of the common folk experience frustrations, oddities and other things with their co-workers.
