After spending years in and out of doctor’s offices, Dr. Mel started to feel like just a number in her health journey. Pills, restrictive diets, and numbing emotions just weren’t cutting it anymore.

After discovering the powerful healing benefits of Network Spinal Chiropractic Care, Dr. Mel has radically overcome her own personal health challenges, moving from menstrual cycle dysfunction and emotional trauma to more power and strength in both her body and mind.

Dr. Mel then founded Inspire Life Chiropractic Center in 2017 in which she now helps hundreds of women and families every year overcome chronic health challenges including anxiety, indigestion, trauma, sleep, mental health, and so much more. Additionally, Dr. Mel works with clients in the realm of private, 1 on 1 business mentorship and entrepreneurial start-ups as well as mindset, embodiment, and breakthrough coaching. She is dedicated to helping women (and men of course) reclaim their power, navigate stress naturally with more ease, and ultimately live a life filled with empowerment and inspiration from within.

Dr. John Lee is the founder and lead coach of Alpha Omega Consulting. Although Dr. Lee enjoys an extremely successful practice now, it was not always that way. He struggled in his early career like many do. As an independent contractor, he found it hard to keep up with any more than 50 patient visits per week.

This was not the kind of chiropractor he envisioned himself to be. Desperate to turn his practice around, he humbled himself by seeking the guidance of a chiropractic consultant. He was fortunate to connect with one but still found himself hesitant to commit to the time and cost required at that moment. The consultant had asked him, “Why would you postpone your success?”. This resonated deeply with Dr. Lee. Due to the honesty and integrity of the consultant, Dr. Lee decided to take the dive right then and there!

Right away, Dr. Lee fully immersed himself in all of his coaching, eager to learn. By quickly implementing what he was being taught, he was able to turn his practice into a success. He doubled his practice to over 100 patient visits per week within a couple months. After just six months of coaching, he was able to open the doors to Lee Chiropractic in 2008. Then in the first year, the practice doubled to over 200 patient visits per week, prompting the addition of an associate doctor.

Dr Jess has been in practice 16 years, first in Australia for 10 years and then in the UK from 2018. While practicing in Australia she also got her certifications in Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-emotional Technique and became an accredited Doula.

“What drew me to Chiropractic as a health profession was the principle that our body is more than just a sum of its parts. It is a whole, completely self-healing, self-regulating system, and when we have external interference to that system, our body cannot work the way that it was designed to. I am continually energised and inspired by the results people see with Chiropractic and what a clear nervous system is truly capable of.

I believe when people are connected to their full potential, they are more able to live in a state of joy and purpose, and I believe the world is a better place if its filled with people living with joy and purpose. Chiropractic allows our bodies to return to, and embrace that state more often and that is a world I want to help create. I have never met anyone who couldn’t benefit in some way from what Chiropractic can do”

Dr. Josh Henk

Doctor of Chiropractic

Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance

Masters of Nutrition

Founder of “The Hard Way for Doctors.” Public mastery and leadership course.

Author of “The Forged in Fire MENtality” handbook for men.

Developer of “The Transcendence Whole Body Health Plan.”

The two most important days in our lives are the day we are born and the day we learn the reason for our birth. Dr. Josh is an Upper Cervical Chiropractor, whose life's work has been focused on the idea that healing begins from the inside-out.

He began to build his roots through education at the Logan College of Chiropractic in search for that answer. Upon completion of his professional education, he received a Doctoral Degree in Chiropractic and a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and Performance. He is convicted by the idea that each and every one of us are connected to one another the same way our cells are connected to one another through the brain and neurologic system. In search for for a greater understanding of this underlying connection, he has vowed to master and serve his community through hope and his faith in the subtle healing energy inside of us all.

Being a doctor, father, husband, and friend, Dr. Josh began to realize the importance of the family dynamic. Transcendence Family Wellness Center was founded by Dr. Josh and Kenzie Henk to offer hope and inspiration to families in their community.
