Two recent articles talked about how Alzheimer's responds to lifestyle changes. That is an amazing breakthrough on the one hand, but on the other hand, doesn't it make sense that someone with any neurologic issue, from Autism to Alzheimer's, would improve if they ate better, exercised more, and did stress-reduction protocols? Wouldn't we all be healthier with those lifestyle improvements? Here are the 2 articles:
