It's Thanksgiving week, which means that a lot of the world is in Gratitude mode.
I'm no exception.
But I'm approaching my own gratitude a little bit differently this year.
And, I invite you to think of gratitude a bit differently this year.
Be grateful for you. You've earned it.

Brett is back!
After another conversation together, Brett comes back to talk about the Brother of Jared story.
God answered the brother's prayer with three different types of answers, after chastening him for three hours.
What was God teaching him? What is God teaching us?
What could we be, do, or have if we simply asked?

First-time co-host Brett is a member of my church congregation. Recently, we were talking about faith, and I asked him to come on the podcast to share some of his insights.
Something he said during a Sunday lesson caught my attention: He explained that when he truly feels like he is demonstrating faith, he can just belive that 'it is done."
This week, we explore what it means to believe that "it is done."

He asked the question about what it means to be born again. He's a polyglot and wanted to share some insights.
So, here he is. Discussing being "Born New"

What kind of plan would you create if you were in charge of everything?
Would you make it impossible for your children to return to live with you? Or would you set things up so that they had every opportunity to do things, to get things right?
I believe that our Heavenly Parents want us to return to live with them; therefore, things are working out in our favor. Things will work out.
And that means, irregardless of what happens, I can have joy. (And yes, I said Irregardless.)

This week, I share some thoughts about how God communicates with us as individuals, and how He works with His prophets.
As we better understand prayer, maybe that will help us better communicate with (and hear) God in our lives.

This week, Julia returns to help us discover what it looks like for God to answer (or to not answer) our prayers.
We discuss what we should pray for, and what we should look for in our answers from Him.
We'd love to hear your thoughts.

Annette is back, and this week we discuss forgiveness.
Many times when we think of forgiveness, we imagine a transactional experience: "Repent and be forgiven."
Is forgiveness transactional? With each other? With God?
We discuss our thoughts on the transactional nature of God

I was talking to someone yesterday, and we discussed the struggles of a mutual acquaintance.
We're all going through tough times, so my message to you is the same as my message to her.
