Lindsey is a wife and a mom of 4 kids, ranging between the ages of 10-16. Lindsey has a background in teaching, and loves running, triathlons, travel, and sunshine.
Her and her family moved to Germany where they have lived the past 2 years. During that time, Lindsey's family has visited 27 countries all around Europe and some in Africa.
Lindsey fell in love with the country of Morocco while visiting with a group of friends. The culture, food, religion, landscape, architecture, and the people are special to her, and keep her going back. Cath is an Irish expat who is now living in Portugal, after 15 years in the United Kingdom, with her Irish husband and son who was born in Wales and the United Kingdom. Cath is a scientist with a Ph.D. in Chemistry but left the field of science when they moved to Portugal in 2017. She is now the author of a travel website about Ireland called Travel Around Ireland.
