On this week's Monday Motivation, I talk about hate, bigotry, and discrimination and the role white people, especially white men, play in the creation of these horrible human actions. As a white man, I truly believe it's our on us. This is our problem. We perpetuate these injustices and it's on us to stop them.

The Birth of Cannabis Legalization
On this week's episode, I chat with Mason Tvert! Mason was called the "Don Draper of Pot" by Politico for his work helping rebrand cannabis and building a groundswell of support for its legalization in Colorado. Mason has spent the decade since that campaign helping other states, and countries, replicate Colorado's legalization imitative and the stories he has to tell from this work (like challenging John Hickenlooper to a duel and running cannabis ads that parodied notorious beer ads at a Nascar race) are astounding!
