It's a big one this week, folks. A VERY big one: ZACK SNYDER'S JUSTICE LEAGUE. Four hours of superheroes and super-villains doing super heroic and super villainous things. It's hard to imagine anyone not knowing who is involved with this one, but it was directed by Zack Snyder (duh, DAWN OF THE DEAD, WATCHMEN) and stars Gal Gadot (WONDER WOMAN, FURIOUS 7), Ben Affleck (DAREDEVIL, GONE GIRL), Henry Cavill (MAN OF STEEL, IMMORTALS), Jason Mamoa (AQUAMAN, THE BAD BATCH), Ray Fisher (BATMAN V SUPERMAN, TRUE DETECTIVE), and Ezra Miller (FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM, SUICIDE SQUAD).

We've got a weird one this week, folks. DOPPLEGÄNGER stars Drew Barrymore (ET: THE EXTRA TERRESTRIAL, SCREAM) as a young woman who flees New York after the murder of her mother. She winds up in Los Angeles where she moves in with a young man played by George Newbern (FATHER OF THE BRIDE, ADVENTURES IN BABYSITTING). He quickly falls in love, but her mother’s murder isn’t the only secret she’s hiding. She also has an evil twin.

We're back to our bread and butter with '80s science fiction this week as we cover RUNAWAY (1984). Written and directed by Michael Chrichton (JURASSIC PARK, WESTWORLD) and starring Tom Selleck (MAGNUM PI, THREE MEN AND A BABY), Cynthia Rhodes (DIRTY DANCING, FLASHDANCE, and Gene Simmons (TRICK OR TREAT, EXTRACT). RUNAWAY paints a picture of a near future in which robots are a major part of everyday life but sometimes go haywire (or deadly), requiring Tom Selleck's special police team to right some wrongs.
