In this weeks episode Angie and Stevens remember 9/11 and what that day was like; where they were and what they were doing. They discuss a little bit about what idolatry looks like today. They talk about the importance of accepting Jesus today and not waiting until “tomorrow”. Finally, Angie and Stevens end the episode diving more into eschatology and how the documentary “Before The Wrath”, illustrates with perfect symmetry, the return of Jesus for his bride, the church. Additionally, they reiterate, putting off Jesus is not recommended. This week in episode 7, Angie and Stevens comically discuss their week and Twitter presence. They explain how the Holy Spirit guides them and gives them the words to say. Can Salvation be lost? Angie and Stevens give their answers to this great question brought up by their mom(momma bear). Lastly, they encourage everyone to seek Jesus more, the importance of repenting of your sins and accepting Jesus. As always, they remind everyone of the gospel; that Jesus lived, died and resurrected all so we wouldn’t have to. We’ll say it again; Jesus paid the ultimate price for all of our sins so we wouldn’t have to. Episode 5 starts off with Angie and Stevens discussing their week, then suddenly getting into conversation they had not planned for. I guess “if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans”. They discuss how Christians are not perfect, and how Christians are called to suffer. If anything, life as a Christian is even harder, but the advantage is the joy of knowing that we can’t do anything ourselves, but that instead, leaning on Christ Alone makes it all that much better. Episode 4 is here!! Angie and Stevens are very excited to share the gospel(1 Cor 15:1-8) with you again. They recap episode 3 and add to it, explaining why Jesus; some of claims against his death and resurrection, and how these claims don’t hold up based on evidence barely any scientist, scholar or philosopher can refute. Comical as always, Angie and Stevens talk through these logical consistencies that make the gospel of Jesus Christ the ultimate truth. In this 3rd episode Angie and Stevens take a deep dive and a strong stance on why they chose to stay Christian after Stevens’ lateral move from Catholicism at a young age of 5 and Angie being born into Christianity. They did there due diligence and questioned their belief system and still arrived at the conclusion independently from each other, that Jesus was the way, the truth, and the life. Grab on to your chairs!! Get comfortable, find a quite place, grab a pen and a pad and get ready for a very thrilling and informative episode where Angie and Stevens make their case for Christ and Christianity as a whole. Episode 2 starts hot!! Atheism vs Theism...who will win?? Just kidding, it’s not about that. It’s about encouraging others to start and open dialogue in a gentle and respectful manner. At the same time, Angie and Stevens challenge all of you listeners to question your belief systems using the same standard that you use to question other belief systems. Educate yourselves. The truth will set you free means: We want freedom, truth gives us freedom, but we need courage to relentlessly seek that truth. God bless everyone!!
