The 5th Commandment is the ONLY one of the Ten Commandments with God’s promise!

God’s Family Plan ~ Introduction

Today, of all the battles raging in the world, the battle against the family is one of the greatest! However, most Christian families don't seem to have a clue as to what God's biblical family model was, or that there even is a biblical family plan model. In this Series, many will discover to their amazement, that God’s family plan is far from what they thought and thereby missing some of the best of life there is!

There are many books that focus on husband/wife relationships or how to raise young children. But I don’t know of any that address or know about God’s family plan with adult sons and daughters. To not know this end of God’s Family Plan, is to NOT know how to instruct sons and daughters for their future when they’re younger, much less when they’re older.

When reading this, some of you might feel it is too late and wish you had known this long before. But it is never too late, as you will see...

But to conclude this series, there is one thing even far more important than loving your wife - that’s your love for Jesus!

(Luke 14:26): "If you want to be my disciple, you must, by comparison, hate everyone else—your father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, even your own life. Otherwise, you cannot be my disciple."

Now what does this mean?

With some husband/wife relationships, regardless how much the husband tries to love and lead his wife, though no husband is perfect, there will still be some wives who will not “submit to their husband” as ordained by the Lord.

For example, what should a husband do if he has been patient and loving with his wife, has a heart for God, and totally believes the Lord wants him to do something, or even move to another city, but his wife would refuse to go?

God's Law 3: Cities of Refuge & No More Prisons Or Police

JESUS SAID (Mat. 5:19): DO & TEACH GOD'S LAW

There were no prisons and no police force under God’s Law and there was no need for them!

JESUS SAID (Mat. 5:19): DO & TEACH GOD'S LAW

For America’s first two centuries, America was primarily following God’s Law and there were no prisons and no municipal police forces in all of America. And they had no real need for either, as murder was few and far between!

Unlike today in the United States, there are over 2 million people incarcerated in 6,361 prisons... Welcome to a nation that has forsaken God’s glorious Law!

God’s Law with no prisons and no municipal police forces will ONLY work if following ALL of God’s Law. But when following all God’s Law...

God's Law 2: Do Not Add Or Subtract Laws

JESUS SAID (Mat. 5:19): DO & TEACH GOD'S LAW!   

"Do not add other laws or subtract from these; just obey them, for they are from the Lord your God." (Deut. 4:2).

"The Law of the Lord is perfect!"

The United States Constitution has been amended 27 times because it is not God’s perfect Law. And Congress passes hundreds of new laws annually and enacts 4-6 million words of new law in each two-year Congress.

Imagine having God’s Law, a perfect Constitution that NEVER needs to be changed. Think of what stability that would give to a nation.

God’s perfect Law is made up of two parts...

What are the 3 parts of God’s moral Law...
