A few weeks back I did say that I would be sharing some more memories of my time at great wood camp in Somerset in the South West of England. Then a couple of bits kicked off both nationwide here in the UK and in relation to the podcast itself which i felt needed addressing at the time. Now however with those things gone by, it's time to get back to the more regular sharing of memories, At least that is until the next interruption crops up. Speaking of which there was this thing that happened a couple of days ago…err  maybe not. I'll save that for later edition of the show .

I've recently received the news of the passing of a family friend, which has led me to change the memory that I want to share on this week's show. The memory that I'm about to share is dedicated to the memory of Doug and Mary Gibson. Now, Doug and Mary are a lovely couple that I've only met on very few occasions and all of those many years ago, but who nevertheless, who had an impact on my life and gave me the memory I'm about to share.
