Okay anti-morning people, I'm talking to you this week! :). If you ever find yourself rushing around in the morning, stressed to the max and swearing into your coffee (or at other drivers, oops!) then between you and me, I think integrating a morning routine into your life may extend your life span. Or at very least make you nicer to be around.
And just so you know, this comes with ZERO judgment from me. I learned my lessons in grouchiness the hard way and of course, I wanted to share what I came up with. My morning routine has been almost 4 years in the making, and I KNOW it has changed me as a person, and how I interact in the world everyday. I'm excited to share more!
Summary: We're talking about what makes a good morning routine, what mine looks like, what I've learned along the way, and I wrap up with tips for you so that you don't do too much too soon. #earlybirdbabysteps
